Nexopsis is a US-based, founder-operated AI automation service providing an AI Lead Response System to home-service contractors (plumbing, HVAC, electrical). Nexopsis is currently operated directly by its founder and does not operate through a separately registered company. When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), business name, industry, and any message you send us. If you become a Nexopsis client, your own end-customers' data (the leads and inquiries your deployed system processes) is stored in your own isolated system instance — it is never combined with Nexopsis's internal business records, and never used by Nexopsis for any purpose beyond operating your instance. You can view your own instance's inquiries at any time through the private, read-only access link provided to you when your system goes live.
We retain contact and client information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@nexopsis.com, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.
We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on all our systems, key-based access control, and regular credential rotation. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, documented steps to protect your information.
We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, an AI language-model provider used to draft responses, and payment processing) solely to operate our business and deliver our services.
